& this one day..

He surprises me with this rad print, just cause he was thinking about me.. 

& He rocks!

He tells me he has never taken guitar lessons, but then proceeds to tune it by ear.. And then jams out a song. 

I'm blown away by his many talents. 

& then he met the father..

& Daddy approves. :)

& we rock.

Our first concert together he took me to see Between the Buried and Me! Justin, Suni, & Geoff came as well! That was one killer show. I love watching musicians watch other musicians. 

Any excuse for live music, consider me in. :)

& Did I mention he cooks?

Second time he cooked for me.

Homemade steak sauce!!? 

Seriously, where'd he come from-- heaven? 

& he makes me melt.

Jessi: You are my Prince Charming!
David: And you are my dream come true.
Jessi: Awwww, knock it off.
David: ....no. And I can never say no to you, but to stop telling you how much I adore all you are would be a crime.

& he is so sweet..

He often comes to see me after my shift, before his starts. 

He's so special [to me ;]. 

Isn't he so handsome?? #llamas.

& we date..

One of our very first date nights, we went to see Elysium at Brewvies.

& one day I woke up to this text..

"I was looking through song books and lost time reading the wrong ones.
I've spend days splitting the wrong woods

& one day I see this on my newsfeed..

& he cooks..

The first dinner he made me. 

Droooooool.

He made a balsamic reduction for this bacon wrapped filet. 

Let me tell you, I was impressed! :)

& the things he says..

Jessi: I think I'm the luckiest girl in the universe.
David: You're also the prettiest.

David: If I were to say, my passion is to see you smile, would that be too cheesy?? lol

David:For reals though, bacon can make or break things. It's toppled world governments and royal weddings:)

& then he meets my mom..

He was so nervous, it was the cutest thing I have ever seen.

& then he says..

"You're the most gorgeous girl I have ever laid my eyes upon. It's your eyes that do it for me, they give me away... and the way you glow whenever I see you. I look at you and immediately I know something which I only dreamed about before"

& One day he texts me this..

On September 2nd, 2013 I left for Lake Powell for a week. I know we had just met, but I almost didn't want to go..
Our texts from that day were awesomely cheesy & full of sugar ;).
Here are my favorite snipits:

David: I'll try my best not to miss you but no promises on that.
Jessi: I think I'm addicted to you
David: Sounds like you have a problem:) I can fix it.
Jessi: You think it's fixable? It's pretty bad..
David: We're just gonna have to find out, together.

Jessi: I think I'm the winner here :P
David: No way hosay:) I'm gonna mount you on my wall. I only need one trophy. ;)

Jessi: You're stellar. Thanks for the butterflies :).
David: We can share them:)
Jessi: Your lips speak my demise.
David: You already killed me:)

Jessi: What have you done to me?
David: Well, I fell. But I know where I've landed and who I landed with. <3
It's sooo intense. And it's so beautiful. I want it forever:).

Jessi. You've swept me off my feet Prince Charming.
David: Ya, You're not at all that heavy:)
Jessi: I'm a sucker for you apparently. But how can I not be? You feed me nothing but sugar.
David: It's pretty sweet, as long as there's cinnamon involved:).

David: Sleep well tonight. Whatever you do, don't dream about me. I'm no good:) lol
Jessi: If you're not good, I don't want it anyway.
David: In that case, I'm the worst:).
Jessi: It's only been a week, but man you make me weak.
David: I'm so weak I wreak:)

Jessi: Seriously, how'd you come to be so amazing?
David: Cause I met an amazing person:)
Jessi: No no no, it has much deeper roots that that.
David: What does? I know you do. And I know something has changed in me ever since we met.
Jessi: Your amazingness does. It definitely sparked something in me. You're too good to be true.
David: Well, you've opened up the real me. Something I've been missing.
Jessi: Well I'm happy, cause you shine so bright.
David: I could be really cheesy and say it's the glow coming from you that is shining on me... But I'd hate to get cheesy so I won't say it..

David: Let's just say, seeing as how you're a big bad bull and all, that I'm a cowboy in a red suit.

David: Ur a llama
Jessi: You must have a little beastiality in you. Rawr ;)
David: It's the best ality :)

& the things he says..

"Look at you:) guess what? My worlds on fire, how about yours, that's the way I like it and I'll never get bored:)"
"You are, my fire... the one desire. Oh yes:) we're goin 90s"

Jessi: I can't see how you can possibly be more amazing, but you continue to surprise me. It's magic ;)"
David: Life is a wizard, were just working it:) And molding it. It's beautiful.

& I fell again..

He gets in my car and starts singing along to my favorite band..
"Weak and Powerless." I think I melted.

& then I met his mom..

"My mom wants to let you know that she's glad we met:)"

She told me she can tell he really likes me, cause whenever we are texting he gets the cheesiest grin on his face. She said she has never seen that look on his face before..
